New faces at the top

We thought we’d start with some great news about Heist’s management team. We’ve recently made two key appointments that will further strengthen our offering: Simon Bracewell (left) has taken on the role of Client Services Director and Paul Starkey (right) is the new Research Director.

Simon’s new role will include managing Heist’s Mailing, Distribution, Events, Training and Technology portfolio, implementing new marketing strategies and improving and growing partnerships with other parts of the Euro RSCG group. Simon has worked within the group for nearly 10 years and has a wealth of experience across the education sector.

Paul will manage the Research team, ensuring our core research products, methodologies and rates are in line with market demand. Some of you will know Paul from his days as Marketing Manager at The University of Manchester.

Paul’s broad remit at Manchester helped him to develop a deep knowledge of the Higher Education sector and we’re sure that this - coupled with his professional research background - will prove Paul to be a fantastic addition to the Heist team.
